We believe that every person’s unique voice and identity exists for a reason — we are all shaped by our biology, environment, and experiences, which shape how we see ourselves and the world. The development of positive, inclusive and supportive communities is dependent upon our individual and collective abilities to develop healthy identities that respect ourselves and others. The Every Foundation seeks to create opportunities for listening, reflection, empathy, and understanding among children and young adults so that we can positively shape a more inclusive world. 

The Every Foundation was started by Kay and Ben McKean and is actively contributing to mission-aligned individuals and organizations. We work with a diverse range of beneficiaries who share a collective perspective that amidst all our differences, we are one people, stronger together than we could ever be alone.
